It felt disorganized as multiple staff members were not aware of our requests, making it difficult to relax during our stay.

The Garden Suite was stunning, with clean facilities and great activities like yoga classes and pool parties. We felt special when the staff organized a surprise birthday celebration for my girlfriend.

I enjoyed a fantastic stay in the Junior Swim-up Suite-Posh Club with direct access to a pool that made relaxation effortless. The impeccable decor throughout the resort truly impressed me, along with the diverse dining options that catered to various tastes, including barbecue nights that were especially delightful. On a slightly negative note, I found the breakfast options to be a bit repetitive after a few days.

Our time at Sunrise Tucana was mostly enjoyable. The Junior Swim-up Suite in the Posh Club gave us direct access to a lovely pool, perfect for relaxing. The rooms were clean and modern. The gardens were immaculate and added a nice touch to the serene atmosphere. I must mention the dining experience, especially at Posh Club and Gaia, where the food genuinely impressed me. the all-a-la-carte format led to longer wait times for food at times. Breakfast options seemed repetitive after a few days. The music around the pool didn’t match my taste, affecting the relaxation vibe there. Even though it was challenging to find a spot by the pool sometimes, the beach remained an excellent alternative, consistently offering available loungers. The staff were attentive, particularly young Mohammed at Luciana Restaurant. Our stay felt very accommodating thanks to their kindness and helpfulness. i recently stayed at sunrise tucana and it was a fantastic break from my last visit to hurghada. the delicious food at lucina completely wowed me, especially the thoughtful birthday surprise from the staff. the warm welcome from mohamed and the entire team truly enhanced my staycation experience.

It was just a great fit for a momentary pause in Hurghada with value for money. The staff were genuinely friendly, consistently offering smiles and assistance throughout my stay. Try to visit the pools early, they can get crowded quickly.

An Exceptional Stay with Luxurious Dining

My family and I recently enjoyed an amazing 4-night getaway where every detail felt perfectly planned. The moment we checked in, Mr Said Ibrahim and Khaled made the process smooth and welcoming. Our Deluxe Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and designed with modern amenities for our comfort. The highlight was definitely the phenomenal dining experience, especially at the Italian restaurant led by Chef Said, where each dish was a delightful masterpiece. The service across the resort was consistently attentive, ensuring our stay was as enjoyable as possible. I would, however, suggest that the bar could expand its cocktail menu a bit more.

The coral reefs were stunning, and snorkeling right off the beach was a highlight! Definitely recommend checking out the local diving trips.
